Invest Komfort Spółka Akcyjna Sp.K. has conducted real estate development since 1995. In that time, it has completed 50 investments, constructing over 7 000 residential and service premises of a total area exceeding almost 468 thousand square metres. The company operates on the Tri-City market and in its vicinity, specialising in the completion of investments in prestigious locations. The company management selects locations for new facilities, paying special attention to the landscape quality and aiming at harmoniously incorporating the building into the landscape and the existing urban buildings. This developer has been recognised as a solid and reliable company, while the facilities it has completed are deemed strikingly attractive. The investment’s financial security is ensured by the company’s stable economic position and share capital of PLN 80 million 10 thousand. Invest Komfort is listed in all-Polish rankings of enterprises having the most dynamic development, achieving very good financial results, and constituting reliable business partners. The company is a member of the Polish Union of Developers and House Builders.

The high level of workmanship combined with the aesthetics of the facilities is achieved as a result of careful verification of design solutions and scrupulous enforcement of the quality of the performed works. Meticulous supervision of works is enabled by the function of general contractor performed by Invest Komfort Spółka Akcyjna Sp.K. Strictly selected subcontractors are obliged to careful and timely performance of the entrusted tasks. Completion of particular projects is executed by teams of experts led by the project manager – an engineer with long-term experience.
