It is a project for everyone who decides to make their home here. For single people, for young couples, for families with children, for business people, for mature people for whom this will be their definitive place.
SPACE WELCOMES FRIENDS
Wita 77 has been designed to promote what has been missing in recent years – building neighbourly relationships. The team of architects and designers developed a multifunctional space with a simple, modern yet elegant character, which is the heart of the entire project. The 120 m2 area has been arranged to include a fitness area and an original day-care and co-working area with large glazing and a view of the green patio.
Wita 77 is a project located between the green and peaceful Oliwa and the urban and dynamic Wrzeszcz. The essence of our project is the reinterpretation of these traditional forms so they fit perfectly with the casual and modern character of the project. The communal spaces are the centre of community life, offering not only aesthetics and design, but also a place to meet and socialise with neighbours. When designing these interiors, we strove to create harmony between the history of the two neighbourhoods and a modern, comfortable lifestyle, meeting the needs of the modern residents thinking about the quality of the space around them.Maciej Ryniewicz, Studio Akuratinterior designer

THE CITY WELCOMES ACTIVITY
The Wita 77 project is located in the Strzyża district. It is one of Gdańsk’s central districts, located on the city’s main traffic route. Historically, the area was known for its horticulture, which has existed here since 1911.
Nowadays, it is a charming neighbourhood, full of greenery, which also offers the full range of urban infrastructure. It is a comfortable and peaceful place to live, perfectly connected to the entire city.
Wita 77 is also a perfect address for a second home, for all those who seek respite in the Tri-City, but also for those who come here for professional purposes. The Olivia Business Centre and Alchemia are in the immediate vicinity.
The buildings of the Wita 77 estate we designed draw inspiration from the archetype of the Gdańsk urban villa. The gable roofs, simple dormers and linear chimneys are a nod to the historical buildings of the Wrzeszcz of yesteryearAt the same time, the refined details of the buildings give the architecture a contemporary feel. The prisms of the balconies and partitions create a cubic play of light and shadow on the façades.
When shaping the visual expression of the estate, we assumed that the buildings should be monochromatic. We used noble façade materials: sintering – all in shades of warm off-white. Similarly, we adopted the colour scheme of the small landscaping forms, which contrast brilliantly with the green tones of the rich plantings.Marek Łańcucki, Studio Maartearchitect
