The Sea Towers are two, connected towers, one with 29 floors and the other with 38. An office and service part is located in the building base level. The tallest tower, together with an aerial mast, is 142 metre high.
This is the highest residential building in Poland. Its lower floors are dedicated to the building’s technical and parking facilities, while a separate zone features service and trade units.
Above the commercial zone is the part devoted to comfortable residential apartments of exquisite scenic values and a beneficial alignment towards the four points of the compass.
The highest floors of both towers are reserved for luxurious penthouses, with a breath-taking view over the Bay of Gdańsk. On the penultimate floor there is an observation deck and a club room for residents and their guests.
The Sea Towers design has been prepared by a well-known Viennese architecture office, and its completion has been entrusted to renowned contractors of international experience.
