The Wolski Architekci team is responsible for the project – the architects behind, among other projects, the Polish Embassy in Berlin and the Rector’s Office and Faculty of Neophilology at the University of Gdańsk. Nothing is left to chance here – everything is intended to serve the residents for many years, to become part of the district’s history and an investment for generations.

The interiors of Legionów 121 have a cohesive colour scheme. They combine deep greens, browns and amber golds that tone down the whites and greys. But at the same time, they offer many intriguing combinations of materials. Ornamental glass, architectural concrete and perforated mesh can be found here. Particularly noteworthy is the repeated decor of bent sheet metal with a mirror effect. It is harmonious, but not mundane. Timeless and, as in Gdynia, original.

Even the first impression is a big one. The impressive, high glass lobby with its green marble transitions to the woodwork-decorated staircase. The stark white slats visible from the outside are transformed into warm, wooden decorative panels. This thoughtfully designed space was designed by PB/Studio, whose founders have completed projects in Berlin and London, among other cities.

Legionów 121 is all about living the Gdynia lifestyle. You can indulge yourself in the spa complex with its menu of baths and tranquillity zone. You can look after yourself in the personal exercise room with its cardio zone. You can relax in the living room with its spacious sofas and, if you want, you can peep at your children playing in the quietened room next door. A glance is all it takes.

The surroundings of Legionów 121 are full of varied and lush greenery that preserves privacy while simultaneously structuring the space. From the playground and outdoor terraces to the recreation area, Studio Krajobraz has designed each area so that residents can envelop themselves in tranquillity – and enjoy the beauty of nature at any time of year.

Linden and maple trees provide shade on hot days. Hydrangeas bring colour, while pines and laurel create a green buffer from the outside world. The vines of Henry's honeysuckle, the delicate leaves of Chinese silver grass and the subtle winter creeper add lightness and natural dynamism. Here, every plant plays its part.

For the little ones, there is a soft surface, multi-level playground. A unique trail of tunnels, a play pit with climbing walls. There are also additional educational elements: bird feeders and small animal houses, as well as deckchairs, whiteboards and storage space for toys.
